Easter Egg Greek Yogurt Popsicles

Ingredients (serves 12):

  • 2 cups Greek yogurt

  • 2 tbsp maple syrup

  • ½ cup diced strawberries

  • ¼ cup sliced blueberries

  • ¼ cup crushed granola (optional; avoid honey granola for babies under 1)

Instructions:

  1. Spoon a small amount of yogurt into the bottom of your popsicle molds.

  2. Layer in berries, granola, or other toppings.

  3. Add another spoonful of yogurt to cover the toppings.

  4. Insert popsicle sticks at an angle and spoon a little extra yogurt over the indentation to secure them.

  5. Freeze for at least ~ 2 hours.

Tips:

Ingredients (serves 4):

  • 3 cups vanilla Greek yogurt

  • 1 cup sliced strawberries

  • 1 cup raspberries

  • 1 cup granola

  • 1 cup crushed Cadbury mini eggs

Instructions:

  1. Layer ¼ cup yogurt at the bottom of each glass.
