Green Leafy Vegetables

Green leafy vegetables such as spinach, kale, and collard greens, contain an abundant amount of vitamin E which inhibits inflammation.

Nuts

Nuts such as almonds and walnuts also contain an abundant amount of vitamin E. 

Fatty Fish
