Today, I will be providing you with many different ways on how to get more cauliflower into your diet!  It is very important to consume vegetables every day and cauliflower is a great option for many reasons. First, cauliflower is high in fiber, B vitamins, vitamin C and vitamin K. Second, it can be cooked in many different ways!

Cauliflower can be cooked into a creamy soup.  The link below is to a vegan creamy curried cauliflower soup. Another way to consume cauliflower is by making cauliflower rice! This is a very easy process and tastes delicious. The link below is to a Mediterranean cauliflower rice recipe.  Cauliflower rice can be doctored up with any type of seasonings!

Another way prepare cauliflower is to make it into hummus.  Hummus is great with other veggies or crackers for dipping! This is a great way to get your veggie intake in for the day. The link below is to an amazing cauliflower hummus.  You can also roast cauliflower in the oven with a variety of different oils and seasonings. My personal favorite is to cover the cauliflower florets in bread crumbs and parmesan cheese and then roast them in the oven! Overall, cauliflower can be eaten many different ways, so it is important to try them all! You never know what you might like. If you are getting tired of eating it one way, try another for a while and just keep switching for something new. J
