Healthy Peanut Butter Banana Muffins :)

I don’t know about you but I have a big sweet tooth and am always looking for healthier but still delicious alternatives to satisfy my cravings. This recipe I am about to share with you will do just that. Especially if you love the epic chocolate peanut butter duo! It will even add a little more protein into your diet. These flourless peanut butter banana muffins are super easy and are cooked in no time!

For this recipe, you will need:

-2 ripe bananas
-1 cup of peanut butter
-2 T honey
-2 t vanilla extract
-1/2 t baking powder
-2 eggs

Directions: Put all ingredients in a blender. Blend it up! Line a mini muffin tin with muffin liners and pour in the batter to fill eat one a little more than half way as they will expand a little. Then, sprinkle 4 chocolate chips onto the top of each one. Bake at 400 for about 10 minutes and tad dah! Once they cool, put them in the fridge and they will last for about a week!

This recipe is a modified version of the one that is found in the link below from chefsavy.com. I added 1 more teaspoon of vanilla and omitted the maple syrup…I definitely think it was sweet enough without it but if you want more sweetness than go for it!
