Lets Dip Into It

I don’t know about all of you, but I love the fall because football is on, there are sports parties with amazing food, and there are so many fun fall activities! I love watching football in the fall, especially cheering on our Buckeyes! But when it comes to watching the games, you can’t just sit there and watch them without anything to eat. My favorite dip to make for the weekend is buffalo chicken dip! I mean how can you go wrong with buffalo chicken dip? Not only does it taste amazing, but the chicken in the dip offers many benefits that some may overlook. Chicken is an easy way to get protein, offering vitamins and minerals that can help with bone growth, muscle growth and maintenance, and brain function.  If you have not tried the dip or want to try a new recipe, find one below!
