Dates are amazing - sweet, gooey, delicious, and packed with nutrients!

Just two dates provide 133 Calories, 36g carbs, 3.2g of fiber, 0g of fat, 2% DV calcium, 2% DV of iron, 7% DV of potassium, 19% DV of copper, 7% DV of vitamin B6, and 6% DV of magnesium. It’s really easy to eat two.

There are two types of dates that you can find at the grocery store. Deglet Noor dates are smaller while Medjool dates are larger (and happen to contain significantly more calcium). I think Medjool are the best.
