    I definitely struggle with getting exercise, sleep, and motivation during the cold months. sometimes it's just important to prioritize making time for these things! Great Tips! :) -AC

    These are awesome tips! It can be hard for me to stay motivated to make these a priority with the cold and cloudiness that Ohio winters bring, but this isa great reminder of why I need to make all of these things that are listed, a priority. -AM
