Management and Dietetics: Are We Prepared for the Future?
Time and time again, our internship classes welcomed speakers working in the management side of dietetics, and one of the first questions we get asked is: "How many of you can see yourself in management"? Out of 20 interns, there will be a scarce amount of hands that rise. Cited from HOD Backgrounder: The Future of Management in Dietetics from the Students and entry-level food and nutrition professionals report a negative impression of management in dietetics".
