- Make sure priorities are aligned- They point out that it is important to align the priorities of everyone in the company and not just those at the top.
- Identify disconnects- It is important to include all members when identifying disconnects. For larger operations, this can be done by mapping to be able to better organize the process. It is also important once the disconnects are discovered to communicate back the findings everyone as to eliminate confusion.
