Managing Mangia

Hello again all,

As I was browsing the FoodService Director.com website, I also came across this article called Managing Mangia.  It basically discusses the difficulty of a foodservice manager to worry about all of their duties while also worrying about the actual food they are serving.  Many foodservice facilities are starting to hire executive chefs to alleviate the pressure.  I think this article is especially interesting because in the discussion, many of the 5 keys of leadership can be found within the article.
